ROFLMAO!!! I thought the same thing, Sharon…that\’s why I posted this on here…(not your second comment, I might add…! Now behave…!)Hayseed Dixie formed as a tribute to AC/DC, playing all their hits, then they went on to cover Motorhead. I\’ve yet to listen to any of those, as we bought their first album \’A Hillbilly Tribute To AC/DC\’. The picture on the back is of the four of them with their eyes blanked out as if to retain their anonymity. LOL!
Morning all! Bright and sunny here…looks like we\’ve had frost, well, it\’s bloody cold…brrr…!Caretaking service have been, and \’cleaned\’ the communal areas…everywhere now stinks like a public toilet…eewwwww…!! Where\’s me mulled wine air freshener…?!!!!!

Good morning from me an\’ all. Not too cold here, just damp, sun trying to break through. Am off to walk into town…..dilema! If I wear a jacket I shall get too hot and end up carrying it, if I do not then I will get cold between here and town! Too many blank spaces on my xmas list to fill and have no idea what to get people, and three birthdays this week to think for!Hmm! may stand at bus stop for a few minutes, if bus comes then no jacket, if not then shiver it is!
Morning all.. well it was rather dark and cold when I left this morning ( and a lovely white mist over the fields ).Still not managed to watch the vid ( was on the phone most of last night ).Thanks for everyone\’s well wishes for my nana.. she\’s stable and as comfortable as can be expected ( I\’m allowed to visit her now – so hope to go tomorrow if I have a late lunch ). Main issue is she\’s tired and refuses to wear the oxygen mask, they can\’t tube her because of her DNR and she\’s refusing to eat. I\’m not sure if they\’re just making her as comfortable as possible while they wait for the inevitable…
PF…snow?! Nah…we only ever get a dusting if we do get any at all, these days…then it turns all slippery and slushy in no time at all. Oh, for proper snow…(sigh)Anne…bus? From your house? You\’re only five minutes walk from town centre…! Walk, girl, walk…! Bus, indeed…!!! You car drivers seem to forget what legs were designed for! (Robert used to take the car from here to work at the garage, just up the road…!!)There are thin whispy clouds coming over, now…oh poo!

LOL.. we\’re expecting snow next week ( apparently ). Most likely it will be on my Birthday making it impossible for us to get to my parents from Brian\’s house…………..
You know what the weather guessers say…and what we actually get are usually two very different things. Especially when they try to predict weather for next week…! Their short range weather forecasts are more accurate, so I tend to take a bit more notice of them…and hope we don\’t end up with any of that slippery, slushy stuff…brrrr…!

I shall have you know little missy Sandi that I last used the bus twelve months ago and have walked into town everytime I have needed too! After delivering 6,000 letters to houses with steep steps on hills last week, on foot, I feel entitled to rest my weary legs on a bus once a year. Work tomorrow standing outside all day from dawn counting people crossing a road!

I\’ve done leaflet distributing before, so I know what it must be like for our poor old posties…apart from having the heavy sack, of course…but all that walking…!! Boy, Anne…you seem to go from one extreme to the other, don\’t you…!

I never did find that girl with "A flick of the Switch" . and "Rosie" was to much women for me. I knew "rock n roll aint noise pollution" from an early age and did my best to avoid the " Highway to hell" . Now I\’ve recently been "shook all night long " when I find i might be "Back in Black" . Who knows after Christmas I may yet find the "deeds done dirt cheap " .I could go on forever like this but that would just be "Beating around the Bush", which would be "A touch too much". So I shall end and before you all "overdose" on titles. I couldn\’t work out how to include the last favourite so I\’ll just have to tell you " I\’ve got big balls" ….nighty night campers
The last couple of days, I have been on the "Highway to Hell"and I feel like I have been "Thunderstruck"….I think it\’s time I go check the "Big Balls" on the Chritsmas tree just in case those "Dirty Deeds Done Dirt Cheap" were "Shook All night long" by the cats "Beating around the Bush". They really like thse "Hells Bells"…..Ya\’ll "Have a Drink on Me", I have to wrap up this "T.N.T" for Rocketman…

Wow! I\’d really like to be A Fly On The Wall when you lot get together! As some of you know, we had a powercut the other night…Robert had started to install his PS3 and it happened just as he was going to give a Flick Of The Switch…I thought it would Blow Up The Video…I was ready for a Nervous Shakedown!! Anyway, we were going to Send For The Man, because we were having Satellite Blues, but he arrived in the Nick Of Time. As it is, the Sky box is Shot Down In Flames so I guess we\’ll have to Give It Up!!Anyway, You Ain\’t Got A Hold On Me, so I\’m gonna Ride On…as Hell Ain\’t A Bad Place To Be…! 😉

Eileen…on Wednesday Robert bought a PS3 and that night decided to install in. Just as he was about to swith it on we had a powercut…the whole neighbourhood. Pitch black! Out with lamps and candles. After almost an hour, the power was restored, but the TV and Sky were totally gone…nothing. Robert was going to phone to get someone out, but the guy turned up this morning, as everyone else had lost their signals too….the aerial is in our blasted loft! It turns out that the Sky thingummy is toast…and Channel five is on a seperate thing and they\’ve got to come back and fiddle about some more…I think I will have that Nervous Shakedown after-all!!
So it was all Roberts fault getting a PS3 then!!No TV!!!!!!!!!!!!!! OMG(((HUGS)))
We\’ve got terrestrial…just no Sky…and I\’m not sure about Five…yeah…it\’s all Robert\’s fault…hehehe! (But not the AC/DC song titles though…Simon started that!!)
Oh well you only need terrestrial tv tonight… comedy, comedy followed by… comedy from 9pm onwards! Am I going to manage to stay awake?Should have guessed it would be Simons fault for starting with the AC/DC song titles….. very clever
Phew thats a relief! All i\’ve been worried about for the past couple of days is Sandi missing her True Blood, but as thats on C4 we\’re gonna be spared the extremely colourful language next week had that catastrophe occured! 🙂 xxx

Hmmm…I came close to punching my snotty-nosed little brother\’s lights out several times, I can tell ya! And if his name had been Herbert…I would have, too!! LOL!
Every time I see my know it all brother, Dutch, the same thought always runs through what\’s left of my mind………BOOM, BOOM, OUT GO DA LIGHTS!
My bro was my partner in crime when we were kids…we also fought like cats (Dad acting as referee in case we got a little bit too violent!) Even now he can been really annoying and I have come close to wanting to punch out his lights, occasionally, too…bless him. My younger brother has also been infuriating, and the pair of them almost caused a riot in the house, by taunting me when I was upset over an ex boyfriend…GRRRRR!!!!
I\’m the oldest in my family and both brothers are much younger than me. They were merely sources of constant irritation when I was growing up. Now they\’re merely occasional sources of irritation….only when we\’re in the same city. Luckily they live 325 miles east and have neither the means, nor the motivation to get within rifle range.
LOL! Both my brothers are younger than me, too. Bill is in engineering, and back living with Mum, after his marriage went west…and the youngest, Steve, is doing well for himself in the psychiatric pfofession (meaning he does not wear the nice jacket with the shiny buckles, but is the doctor who can order it\’s use…!)
